Our Privacy Commitment

This app exists purely to help you plan and track your own DIY home renovation projects. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising, marketing, or anything beyond making the planner work for you. Hot Dog Planner sends no email at all — not for marketing, not for password resets, nothing.

What we store, and why:

• Email & password (encrypted), or a linked Google account — so you can log back in. We never see or store your Google password.
• Project data (work items, products, measurements, services, sold items, budget) — the renovation info you enter, so it's there when you come back.
• Uploaded images (thumbnails, product photos, gallery photos, service attachments) — stored as files on our hosting provider, Hostinger.
• Sharing — if you share a project, the collaborator's email is stored so we know who has access. Nothing is emailed automatically; you tell them yourself.

You can export your data and images at any time from a project's settings page, and deleting a project permanently removes its data and images from our files.

Nothing here is shared with third parties.
